Day trip à Hakone et matsuri ( 🇫🇷 / 🇬🇧 )

Je suis allée à Hakone en Aout avec ma famille d'accueil de Yugawara. On devait y passer une demie journée mais au final la propagande local nous a fait rester jusqu'à tard le soir ...
I went to Hakone in August with my Host family. We should have spent only half a day there but finally ended up spending the whole day because of some local propaganda....
On est arrivée vers 10h du matin au temple d'Hakone 箱根神社 pour voir le célèbre Tori sur le lac Ashi. Le groupe de grand père photographes ont commencé à parler de moi et ma mère d'accueil a prit part à la conversation pour dire que j'étais française etc. Bref à partir de ce moment ils ont cru comprendre que les présentations étaient faites et ils m'ont mitraillé sous le Tori en m'appelant Model-San, la honte. Après coup j'adore ce genre de moment que l'on ne peut vivre qu'en étant un étranger au Japon.
We arrived around 10AM at Hakone shrine 箱根神社 in order to see the very famous Tori on the Ashi Lake. A group of old grandpa started talking about me and my host mom took part of the chat by telling them I was french etc. Shortly, they thought we were now friends and took thousand of photos of me while calling me "model-San", shame. I still think fondly of this kind of experiences tho.
On a également pris le bateau pirate, pour une longue traversée du lac. On est par la suite montée en haut du Mont Hakone 箱根山 qui est un volcan encore en activité. L'odeur de souffre était forte mais la vue magnifique. S'il avait fait moins chaud on aurait surement pu voir le Mont Fuji. En été, avec la chaleur et l'humidité, il n'est pas rare de voir un brouillard de chaleur au Japon. Après une pause kakigori, on a testé les fameux oeuf noirs黒卵 d'Hakone 大涌谷 vieux de 7ans. Tout un programme.
We also rode the pirate boat for a sightseeing cruise on the lake. We then went to the top of Mt Hakone 箱根山 which is an active volcano. The smell of sulfur was intense but the view was really nice. If it was a little less hot we could have seen the Mt Fuji. In Japan, with the heat and humidity, it's not uncommon to see a summer fog. After a small Kakigori break we tried the famous 7 y/o black eggs 黒卵 of Hakone 大涌谷.

On aurait du rentrer après ça, mais au final j'ai motivé les troupes à rester jusqu'au soir car c'était le dernier jours pour voir le Hanabi花火 (feu d'artifice) et les Tori en flammes sur le lac d'Hakone. En plus, spécialement ce jour, il devait y avoir des lanternes flottantes 灯篭流し! Repas Matsuri yakitori, yakizoba, et yaki junk food !
We should have went home after Mt Hakone but we finally deicded to stay until night time to see the last Hanabi花火( fireworks ) and the Tori on fire on Hakone lake. We got even more lucky as that day, and that day only, we get the chance to see thousand of floatting lanterns 灯篭流し ! Matsuri style dinner with yakitori, yakisoba and yaki junk food ! yummy
Le feu d'artifice était vraiment magnifique, surement l'un des plus beau que j'ai vu au Japon jusqu'à maintenant ♥
